Dr. Kariuki Muigua holds a PhD in Law (Nrb), FCIArb (Chartered Arbitrator), LL. B (Hons) Nrb, LL.M (Environmental Law) Nrb; Dip. In Law (KSL); FCPS (K); Dip. In Arbitration (UK); MKIM; Mediator; Consultant: Lead expert EIA/EA NEMA; BSI ISO/IEC 27001:2005 ISMS Lead Auditor/ Implementer; Advocate of the High Court of Kenya; Senior Lecturer at the University of Nairobi, School of Law. His research interests include Environmental and Natural Resources Law, Governance, Human Rights and Constitutionalism, Conflict Resolution, International Commercial Arbitration, The nexus between environmental law and human rights, Land and natural resource rights, economic law and policy of governments with regard to environmental law and economics.
