Water shortage hurting war on disease

Hand washing is one of the guidelines the Government of Kenya and the World Health Organization have recommended as a preventive measure for Coronavirus disease. However, with the country still facing the challenge of water scarcity, it is one thing to ask all Kenyans to ensure they wash their hands regularly with soap and water. It is quite another for people to comply with the requirement.With the continued contestation between national and county governments over the water sector; concerns relating to equity and access, and high cost of water especially in informal settlements, what does this mean to the war on coronavirus disease?
