Book launch in photos 

On 27 June 2016, CASELAP/School of Law  held the launch of a new book on Community Land Rights.

Titled "Breaking the mould - lessons for implementing Community Land Rights in Kenya," the Book is edited by Prof Kameri-Mbote (Dean, School of Law) and Dr. Collins Odote (CASELAP). The Chief Guest at the event was the Hon. Ekwee Ethuro, Speaker of the Senate of Kenya.

The Governing Board meetings, and Colloquium in pictures 

CASELAP Faculty Dr. Robert Kibugi has been in Oslo for the past week, attending the annual meetings of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law Governing Board. In the same week, he participated in the annual environmental law colloquium and presented a paper entitled " Environmental jurisprudence in Kenya: Reviewing how special courts apply law and constitution to protect norms of sustainable development."
